WITHIN AUSTRALIA POSTAL SERVICE
We use AusPost Registered to send parcels within Australia. For international deliveries, we use AusPost Standard International service. See Australia Post's website for further details and processing/estimated delivery times. The shipping total for your order is calculated using the weight of product ordered and the shipping destination. This will be displayed at the checkout prior to your order being submitted. Up to 2 business days may be required to process orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Australia Post has stopped shipments to the United States due to changes to customs regulations. We are currently unable to ship products to the United States & Puerto Rico.
When ordering from an international address, the following must be considered:

When ordering from an international address, the following must be considered:
- All internationally shipped items may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees that apply to you. SHE recommends that you seek contact with the customs office of your region for further information.
- Any customs, import duties, or fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient to receive the goods. SHE is not responsible for these charges.
- SHE has no control over the charges set by each country/region and is not able to inform you of what they would be, due to the vast difference in rules, regulations, and possible changes they can be subject to.
- The customer will take full liability for all charges, return shipment costs, customs charges & handling fees - should they refuse to accept a parcel due to the above fees mentioned.
- SHE will not refund any international shipped item that have not been accepted by customs, returned, missed deliveries or incorrect addresses given.
